1. Return EligibilityReturns Accepted: Defective/damaged items or items that do not match the description (must be reported within 7 days of receipt).
Returns Not Accepted: Items returned due to personal preference changes, incorrect size/color selection (unless it was our error), used/modified items, or final sale items.
2. Return Process Contact Us: 请在收到订单后7天内发送邮件至xhz168@foxmail.com. Please include the following information:
Order number.
Photos/videos of the defective item.
Brief description.
Review: We will review your request within 7 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs Quality Issues: We will cover return shipping costs (shipped to the overseas warehouse [warehouse address]).
Non-Quality Issues: Returns are not accepted.
Re-delivery: If re-delivery is required due to an unclear/incorrect customer address or inability to contact the customer upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery fee (10 EUR per order).
4. Refunds Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal).
Any PayPal transaction fees incurred by us will be deducted from the refund.
Processing time: Within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
5. Non-Returnable Items Final sale items (marked as “non-returnable” on the product page).
Items without proof of purchase or returned after the 7-day return period.
